Please read before you register and pay

All participants must please register using the form on this website (first screen). When the information is complete, clicking the Register button at the end of the form will take you to the payment window. This moment you will also get an registration confirmation and formal invoice by email. Upon completion of the credit card payment data your registration is complete.

The registration form has four sections; the first must be completed by all, the next three are optional.

  1. “Attendee” data: Please enter the first name, family name, email address and mobile number of the person who will attend ISLANDS 2022.
  2. “Abstract”: If the Attendee plan to present an abstract, please indicate title, authors and abstract text (paste in the respective text field) in these fields. Note: You do not need to submit or present an abstract to attend.
  3. “Purchaser” data: If you book & pay for yourself, you can leave these fields empty. If someone different from the attendee pays via the website (e.g. a spouse, a hospital administrator; the “purchaser”), her or his  full name and the email should be entered here. Please note: This data is required to identify payments and to allow the correct attendees to participate. The purchasers email does NOT allow participation at the congress.
  4. “Invoice address”: Please fill this is if you need an address on the receipt that you will receive when registering.
